There are many new vundo viruses that have been uncovered starting this year, the most blatant being a vundo trojan found on myspace.  Get malwarebytes, update to the latest, run a quick scan and a full scan.

It will probably find some shit in your comp that you don't know about.  Go ahead and get rid of it.
