Hey EDS, I'm gonna keep this short and sweet.  The guild is going through a retuning right now.  We are no longer running 25 mans as a guild.  It was a lovely experiment while it lasted, but as time went on, more and more guild members were not showing up, and more and more pugs were taking their spots.  Why put up a guild event if we are just going to mostly pug the run? 

That is not a good use of our time.  We are turning into a 10 man guild only.  This does not mean you can't run 25 mans.  If you want go for it, but they will NOT be guild events anymore.  Hell go pug all the 25 mans you want whenever you want, we don't care.  What we care about is an attitude readjustment.  That being said, if you want one of the following you should leave the guild now and find another home:

1 - You are in it for the gear.  If you're in it for the gear we will quickly figure it out and promptly boot you from the guild. 
2 - You want to be number 1 on the server.  We are no longer a progression guild, we no longer want to stress ourselves out by taking stoner pugs along with 10 guild members just to wipe a bunch and get frustrated and angry. 
3 - You get mad if you are not invited to one of our 10 mans.  They will be posted on the guild calender with a time.  Show up please, but there are no longer any mass invites.  We will then pick who gets to go.  If this angers you, or frustrates you, then you gotta go. 

Just to let you all know, we are not going to be elitist about this, although we have elite in our name.  If I don't get picked to go to 10 man naxx, I don't care, neither will Az, or Kor.  We want to gear up our members, ones that we trust who will stay, ones that are willing to have a good attitude and just have fun.  Know what I'll do if I don't go to 10 man naxx next week?  I'll play my DK alt, or I'll play WC3 Battleships, or hell, I'll just go out to the persian bar around the corner.  I'll know in my mind that I'll have a better chance at going next week, or the week after that.  Keep in mind, this is a game people.  We don't want this to turn into life.  

Anyway, I hope this makes most of you happy.  You will have fun with the guild again.  You'll actually want to sign on just to fuck around.  Loot isn't everything, in fact it's nothing.  It's a bunch of pixels on a screen.  Play the game once again to have fun, not to stress yourself out. 

BTW, we have plenty of members who want to go in this direction.  Don't be brash and think the guild is going to die.  In fact, we could field 10 people right now who will show up, have fun, and kill the imaginary undead.
